2008 will bring many new challenges for all of us at Somerset Home. I wish you all a very Happy New Year!
Passages Bathroom Renovation Project Begins
The permits have been issued and the pre-construction meeting held, so let the demolition begin! Our long awaited bathroom project began last week with half of the Passages bathrooms being gutted. The equipment trailer and construction dumpster have arrived and the plumber has begun installing new drains. We will have to endure several months of inconvenience, jockeying showers and bathroom down time to get our eight new bathrooms but it will be well worth it! We will always have one full bathroom operational in each unit as we go through the next few months of repair.
FSA Deadline
Flexible spending account claims and itemized receipts for 2007 must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2008. As you may know, there is now a grace period for you to file any 2007 claims. Remember, if you don't use it, you will lose it on March 31, 2008.
