Employee Benefits - Somerset Home's 401(k) Pension Program
Up to $500 in additional 'matching' contributions will be deposited in your account annually by Somerset Home for your participation
Now is the time to start thinking about investing a part of your income (pre-tax) into a 401(k) retirement fund. Also, get up to an extra $500 in employer contributions deposited into your account for participating.
You can start a 401(k) with an investment of 1% of your salary and these funds are exempt from federal tax. This is an easy and painless way to save money for the future and I encourage you all to take full advantage of this employee benefit.
All funds are contributed through payroll deduction and you can watch your funds grow by logging on to your online account. Once enrolled, you can move funds from one investment vehicle to another, redirect future contributions and reallocate existing contributions. You can also consult with your own 'free' Merrill Lynch account executive regarding investment strategy and rolling over funds from a previous retirement program.
Please contact Barbara Kreutzer at 908-526-6605 to sign up today!
As always, thank you all for your continued hard work on behalf of our youth.
Sincerely,
